The SUPER48 Plus Heavy Duty Retractable Keychain includes everything you’ve come to love about the SUPER48 series Key Chains including a nearly indestructible polycarbonate case and a retractable cord made with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber - PLUS even more innovation. The SUPER48 Plus features a newly designed ambidextrous ball-joint lock so the reel can be used on either hip, a larger belt clip specifically designed to accommodate 2-1/4” Duty Belts and an integrated belt clip lock that easily converts the clip to a belt loop - no pin required.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship out from our Ontario, CA facility within 3 business days from the time the order is placed, depending on the size of the order. Once your shipment has been created you will receive shipment tracking information to the email address used to place the order. Shipments go out Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Purchases under $50 shipping via USPS and UPS will be dependent upon chosen method, order, and location.
- Purchases $50 or more - Free Economy Shipping Available. Cost for UPS is calculated based on order and shipping location.
Economy Shipping - The carrier and transit time is at West Coast Corporation's discretion on all economy shipped orders.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We do not make changes to orders after they are placed. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we will accept returns and provide a refund for up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Returns must be in their original condition and not been used or if they have been used, a manufacturers defect.
We do not refund the original shipping cost or provide return shipping due to buyer's remorse or incorrect products ordered. Shipping cost for any issue not being a result of a fulfillment error will be the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return, navigate to our “contact us” page ( https://www.keybak.com/pages/contact-us ) and select the option for Returns. In order to quickly process your return, please make sure to complete all fields. Once our team evaluates your claim, they will respond and provide you with an RMA#. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
Once you receive your RMA number which will expire in 30 days, package your product for shipping and inside include a copy of your receipt. On the outside of the package please label with the RMA number provided. Ship your return to KEY-BAK Attn: Returns 4245 Pacific Privado Ontario, CA 91761, USA.
A credit will be issued to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days after receipt of your return.
Your product is a precision device and if your purchase fails at any time within one year from date of purchase, with a proof of purchase and a photo of the product, we will replace your product with an equal model. If at any time after the 12-month warranty period ends and your product fails to perform, we offer a Lifetime Service Policy.

I've had the previous incarnation of this KEY-BAK for over a decade. I finally wore out the cord. I've been using the new,improved SUPER48 Plus Ambidextrous Heavy Duty Retractable Keychain for a couple of weeks and I am impressed. The double-sided exits
(Ambidextrous) are a major improvement, and the bigger locking belt clip easily goes on my widest belts. I expect more than a decade's use of this new one, so it'll be a long time until I'll write my next review. Thank You!

I've had mine for 5 years as a school teacher carrying a bunch of keys, Never had a problem! I went through 5 or 6 others before I finally got this one, and this one will take me into retirement! Thank you! Highly recommend.

KEY-BAK uses high quality materials to ensure durability. Our SUPER48 Plus Heavy Duty Retractable Keychain's case is actually Polycarbonate, a strong and durable-special plastic.
First appearance seems to be very similar to a regular plastic. Polycarbonate provides excellent impact and weather resistance compared to the average resistance in common plastics. It's been used to make shatter-proof windows, eyeglass lenses and much more- it is a go to for lightweight and durable products.
